On select Tuesdays (check the calendar here) from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., a group of women meet at Lutheran Church of Peace to quilt.  Every year this special group sews and ties approximately 60 quilts which are either sold to raise funds for or donated directly to the Alley Shoppe which is located in the Arlington Hills Lutheran Church in St. Paul.  The Alley Shoppe provides free clothing and household items to eligible families in Ramsey County.

The Quilters have been known to not only make some beautiful, warm and cozy quilts, but also to have solved the world’s problems.  You do not need to have any experience with sewing to join this group.  They are an amazing group who will teach you what they know.
