Sunday Worship @ 10am
At LCP we create space in worship to reflect on our lives, engage with the story of God in the Bible, and lay ourselves at God's feet in prayer. It's our hope that this is a space where you can ask questions, wonder, encounter the God who loves you, and come away filled with peace and purpose.
Onsite at 47 Century Ave - Kids are welcome! We have space up front on mats for the littles and cozy space in our library for bigger kids. Kids are also welcome to stay in the sanctuary with parents during worship. Coffee hour follows worship in our fellowship hall.
Online a Zoom host will greet you as you arrive. We do have communion each week and you are invited to join us. Have bread and wine or juice ready so we can gather at the table together. After worship the zoom host will stick around for coffee and conversation. If you have to leave right away, though, that's ok too.

Music at Lutheran Church of Peace
“He who sings, prays twice” is commonly attributed to St. Augustine. In that case, our congregation prays a lot! Music is an important part of worship at Lutheran Church of Peace. Depending on the week, you may hear our choir sing, our contemporary band play, hear solos or duets or our LCP kids sing!
All voices and talents are welcome at LCP! If you have not yet added your name to choir, hymn leading, or instrumental music please know we have an open-door policy. There is no season of waiting and joining, there are no auditions, there are no age requirements, and everyone’s abilities will find a home with us here.
We are a living, breathing, and creative congregation. Ideas are appreciated and all levels of experience have a place in our music ministry. Zoom Hosts needed!
We are so very blessed to have our Zoom community at LCP. It has proven to be a beautiful way to keep us connected through weather, illness and vacations and celebrations. If you have experienced our Zoom worship, you have been lovingly greeted by one of our beautiful Zoom hosts! As we continue to “spill outside the walls of the church” we are learning we could use more hosts. Most hosts volunteer once a month. Keep in mind that you can volunteer from anywhere the internet and your computer/tablet/phone will take you!
OBS (Operation Broadcast Software) volunteers needed!
In support of our growing Zoom ministry, we are looking for help in the sanctuary during service to help keep the sound, cameras and Zoom call running smoothly. There is training and written instructional support for this position. We laugh our way through snafus and there is room for so much grace. Fear not! Most hosts volunteer once a month.
