"Gentle slow-flow style yoga is an alignment based practice that focuses on improving joint mobility, balance, and supporting nervous system regulation. It's a great format for beginners or anyone nervous about trying yoga in general in a judgement free, safe space.

The "trauma-informed" style from a regular class just means that more pose modifications are offered to work with mobility issues or anyone with a disability, and especially anyone who experiences anxiety and/or depression by keeping the class light and a little slower moving so everyone can find the yoga pose that works best in their bodies without the pressure of needing to get the poses "perfect" or not having enough time to get settled into it."

Starts Tuesday July 7th!

Join us at 6:00 on June 24th for Walking Tacos at Dinner+Church!
As Jesus gathered his friends at the table to share food and life and grow in understanding of God's radical grace, so we gather our friends to continue the tradition.
